The beauty of limestone – quite apart from the fact that it’s 100% natural and organic, is durable and easy to maintain, and contains remarkable insulating properties – is that it is one of the most versatile products on the market today, with our modern cutting tools allowing for almost any design you can think of.
The uses for limestone are myriad, and include (but are not limited to) external cladding, feature walls, sculptures, decorative mouldings, fire surrounds, columns and balustrades, cornerstones and pavers, and even kitchen and bathroom benches.
Having been created by mother nature rather than in a factory, every stone that comes out of our Parkside Quarry has its own unique blend of tones and colours, ranging from clean ivory to deep caramel and everything in between, and we can cut each block into virtually any shape, size or design.
Our state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machine, one of only two in the whole of Australasia, now allows us to fabricate incredibly complex designs with absolute precision, and we really are limited only by your imagination.
Along with the ability to customise your design, we offer a number of different veneer options, including Fair Faced, which is smooth and easy to maintain, Sawn Faced (our most popular finish), Split Faced and Bolstered, both of which are rough hewn and rugged, and our latest veneer, Dry Stack, which is sliced super thin, enabling it to be glued directly to your substrate for an ultra-rustic aesthetic that won’t break the bank.
